Endangered Animals: Panda's

The endangered animal of the week, you guessed it, Panda's. Some people call the Panda's "Panda Bears" but they are NOT related to bears. Panda's are related to raccoons, and rats. Now some people might argue with that, I have been researching Panda's for years, and I have seen that they are not related to bears. They might look like bears, but they are not. Panda's eat a diet of bamboo, and rarely eat fish. They will eat 33 to 66 pounds of bamboo a day! As cute as they are, they can rarely get fierce. They will hurt you to protect their baby. Have you ever wondered how the panda's got those markings? Well here is the story of the panda. The story of the Panda is that a white bear was friends with a girl. The girl had loved her family. So one day a leopard had jumped from a tree and was about to attack the little Panda cub, but the girl had taken a stick and start to hit the leopard but it started to attack back. Once the other Panda's knew about her death they went to her funeral and was mourning and put ashes on their eyes, arms, and legs.
